Faten Zein — Founder & President
Faten Zein’s journey reflects the strength of a woman who has built her path across family, professional achievement, and more than 20 years of community service. A mother of two and an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical sector, specializing in supply chain and logistics, she has built her career while remaining deeply committed to humanitarian and community work.
Bringing these worlds together has shaped her leadership: purpose-driven, people-centered, and grounded in action, with a commitment to creating opportunities and driving meaningful change across Lebanon.

Karen joined Shabebik as a volunteer in 2020, turning her passion for community work into an ongoing journey with the organization. With a background in Graphic Design and Communication, she now leads Shabebik’s creative content, visual communication, and digital presence, bringing its stories and impact closer to the community.

Project Manager
Lara joined Shabebik in 2022, bringing a strong sense of organization, commitment, and passion for community work.
Today, she leads the coordination and implementation of Shabebik’s projects, turning ideas into well-structured initiatives and ensuring every project moves smoothly from planning to impact.
Ali Hassan
Public Relations
Ali joined Shabebik in 2022, bringing a natural ability to connect with people, build relationships, and create meaningful connections.
Through public relations, outreach, and external relations, he strengthens Shabebik’s network and helps turn connections into valuable partnerships and collaborations.
Dr. Zeina
Education & Programs Lead
Dr. Zeina brings a strong background in education and academia, with a PhD in Arabic Literature and extensive experience in teaching and school leadership.
With years of experience as an educator and school director, she brings academic expertise and a practical understanding of learning to Shabebik, helping shape its educational programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.
Jack Berro
Outreach & Engagement Lead
Jack connects Shabebik with volunteers, universities, and young people, building relationships that encourage active participation and long-term engagement.
With a background in music, education, and filmmaking, he brings a creative approach to communication, outreach, and community engagement.
